Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years or more of dealership parts counter experience. We currently have openings in our Nissan and Dodge stores, the position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to help in every aspect of Parts department. Pay depends on experience. Hourly rate plus commission.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding vehicle products.
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and handling cash.
- Maintain an organized and clean counter area to enhance customer experience.
- Utilize DMS for tracking inventory, sales management, and reporting purposes.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering calls.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient Parts delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in sales efforts by promoting services and products that meet customer needs.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years dealership parts counter experience.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance processes and automotive diagnostics is a plus.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain records effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Must posses strong computer skills
