A message of reassurance from all of us here at KarMART. We are here to ensure all of you have the support you need to respond to the challenges of this very difficult time. As declared by the Governor and our local authorities, we are an essential business that guarantees transportation needs can be met in the face of uncertainty. It's hard to know where to turn for help, we understand that. Rest assured - we are here for you. Many of our financial partners may offer payment extension that allow you to defer monthly payments, lease extensions, or in some cases the opportunity to reorganize or refinance current loans to provide relief. If you have been affected and would like to consider any of these options or require assistance regarding your current obligations please contact our Customer Service Department at (360) 399-7590

Our Customer Service Department is open for maintenance and repairs of your current vehicle or for replacement vehicles. Remember that many of the vehicles purchased at KarMART were provided with pre-paid maintenance. We encourage you to use this free service for any maintenance you may need. This will result in big savings for you, our customers, in these difficult times. Our Customer Service Department remains open for any repairs, safety recalls, road side assistance and emergency service. 

For those with immediate needs due to new drivers, accidents, leases ending, car or truck replacements, etc. we will assist in anyway we can. We are providing White Glove Pick Up and Delivery for those that do not want to come to the dealerships so please reach out if we can help by calling us at (360) 399-7590
